FLUX Products
HJ331 is a smelting-type flux with medium manganese, high silicon and low fluorine content. It has a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm(10-60mesh). It can be used with both AC and DC power sources. The slag can be easily removed within the groove. It is suitable for high-current and high-speed (1 m/min) welding, and offers good low-temperature toughness and crack resistance.
FLUX Products - Applications
When matched with appropriate welding wires such as H08MnA and H10Mn2, it can be used for welding low-carbon steel and low-alloy steel in various applications, including shipbuilding and bridge construction. Additionally, it can be applied to multi-pass welding of pipelines.
