FLUX Products
HJ250G is a smelting-type flux with low manganese, medium silicon and medium fluorine. It presents as pale-yellow to light-green jade-like particles, with a particle size of 2.0 - 0.45 mm (10 - 40 mesh). It uses a DC power supply with the welding wire connected to the positive electrode. It has good welding process performance, easy slag removal, and can form beautiful welds.

FLUX Products - Applications
When matched with appropriate welding wires such as H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA, H08Mn2MoVA, etc., it can be used to weld high-strength low-alloy steels, such as 15MnV, 14MnMoV, 18MnMoNb, etc. When used with the H08Mn2MoVA welding wire to weld the -70°C low-temperature steel 09Mn2V, it provides good low-temperature impact toughness.
