FLUX Products
HJ330 is a smelting - type flux with medium manganese, high silicon, and low fluorine content. It appears as brown - red glassy particles with a particle size of 2.5 - 0.45 mm (8 - 40 mesh). It can be used with both AC and DC power sources. When using DC welding, the welding wire should be connected to the positive electrode. It has excellent welding process performance and can produce beautiful weld bead formation.

FLUX Products - Applications
When matched with welding wires such as H08MnA, H08Mn2SiA, H10Mn2, and H10MnSi, it can be used to weld structures made of low - carbon steel and certain low - alloy steels (such as 16Mn, 15MnTi, 15MnV, etc.), such as boilers, pressure vessels, and so on.
