Flux-Cored Welding Wire - Feature
- XHC-58 is a flux-cored wire. The deposited metal consists of primary carbides and eutectic structure, and also contains special carbides with extremely high hardness, resulting in superior wear resistance.
- During welding, there is almost no slag on the weld bead surface, and the weldability is excellent.
- Stress-relief cracks normally occur in the weld bead during repair welding; the maximum hardfacing thickness is three layers.

Flux-Cored Welding Wire - Applications
- Suitable applications include wear-resistant plates, mining machinery, roller press rollers in cement plants, coal grinding wheels, etc.
Flux-Cored Welding Wire - Precautions
- The deposited metal cannot be machined after welding; only grinding wheel processing is allowed.
- Preheating to **200°C (392°F)** is required if the workpiece is made of carbon steel, low-alloy steel or cast steel.
