 
我厂依靠科技进步,融合国内外先进焊丝生产设备之精华,结合我厂生产CO2气保焊丝十几年的实践经验,研制生产了适合我国国情的“XY”型CO2气保焊丝生产线。
该生产线工艺上采取无氰无毒高速镀铜，镀层光亮致密、基体结合力强、镀铜厚度可以方便的调节、镀液稳定性好、生产操作简单、质量稳定、成本低、生产效率高。
该生产线主要由放线机、镀铜线、收线机、电控系统等组成。
适用原料：φ5.5,φ6.5线材.
生产焊丝规格:φ0.8、φ1.0、φ1.2、φ1.6、φ2.0
特性：焊丝镀铜均匀、牢固、表面光亮、无脱皮、起鳞、掉铜现象。
Depending on the advancement of the science and technoloty,adopting the advantages of the advance d welding filament producing equipments at home and abroad,absording over ten years'of practive experience welding filament our factory has invented and produced the XY type CO2 gas protective welding filament production line suitable for our national conditions.
Adoped the non-cyanide nonpoisonous high speed copper plating technology,the technical process of the production line has the followiing characteristics such as bright and close plateing layer,strong binbing with basebody,convenient adjusting the thichnessof copper plating,good stability of liquik plating,simple operating,steady quality,low cost and high productive efficiency.
This production line mainly consists of line sending machine,copper plating machine,line receiving machine,power controlling system and so on.
